"I wanted to order some bonsai. But I was bit worried about ordering them from online. Also from this far. My location is in Kerala. So I have first ordered some small quantity fertilizer to see how the delivery would go. I have made an order (prepaid) on November 14th. No delivery happend for almost 2 weeks. I have messaged multiple times on their whats app number. I didn't receive any reply. The most frustrating part was they didn't share the courier details even after multiple requests. So I had no way of tracking the courier myself. Finally I have put a negative review on google. Next day they have reached out to me from the same whats app number. They have politely pointed out some issues with the address I have provided. (The address I have entered was fine. But it some how refleted slightly different on thir site). They assured they will resnt the courier again and requested to take down my review. And I have done it.. Again its been 2 weeks. I have not received the order. Again not received the courier details after multiple messages. All in all bad customer service and not dependable for online service. I wouldn't gamble my money here for the live plants."
